Welcome to the Beautiful Community of Aspen Grove
Located adjacent to the Alpine Village at NorthStar California Resort near Truckee, California. Northstar is one of the finest resorts in the Lake Tahoe region, and the Community of Aspen Grove provides our owners an appealing forested setting adjacent to the center of a world class mountain destination. We are one of the few Northstar Communities which combines walkable and ski-home proximity without the disruption of overhead lifts or gondolas.
The Community of Aspen Grove (“Aspen Grove”) offers residents and their guests a lovely and convenient place to live and play. It is a 21-acre community located near the epicenter of the Resort on Aspen Grove Drive and Silver Strike Drive on what was once part of Georgia Pacific’s “Timber Farm”. The community is comprised of 36 buildings containing 180 units and acres of parking. The 180 condominiums within Aspen Grove were built to include 32 studio units, 16 – 1 bedroom lofts units, 30 – 2 bedroom/1 bath units, 53 – 2 bedroom/2 bath units; 44 – 3 bedroom/2 baths units, and 5 – 4 bedroom/2 baths units.
Owners automatically become members of the Aspen Grove Condominium Association (AGCA) with condominium ownership. The AGCA was established in 1972 and is a resource to our owners. Our five person elected Board of Directors is composed of owners from the Aspen Grove condominiums. The Board’s role is to provide responsible leadership to oversee the maintenance and care of our community property and our neighborhood. They are here to ensure that the needs of the Aspen Grove community are understood, met, and communicated. The services they provide are supported by homeowner’s dues and community member volunteers.
Residents and members of the Aspen Grove Condominium Association will find on our website resources for homeowners, a Community Calendar, General Announcements, Upcoming Events and other useful information, including Maintenance Requests and Architectural Application forms.
We encourage you to be an active member of our community, and we welcome your suggestions, support and involvement.
