Original Comprehensive Designs
Building and Navigation Signage
The signage through the entire Association was old and needed to be updated. The decision was made to maintain a modern palate of colors but make it specific to our Association and existing decisions on building stain and front door colors.
Old pathway signage showing severe weathering, inconsistency in color.
New Signage consistent in color with the rest of the Association:

Entrance Monument Signs
There was no signage indicating that the two entrances on Silver Strike and Aspen Grove were private entrances. The Committee was given approval to move forward with adding appropriate signs. We researched designs, colors, location and decided to incorporate existing elements already present in the Association such as the wire frame, color pallet and added our custom logo of the Aspen leaf.
After numerous iterations the final signs were approved and installed.

Paved pathways and stairs
The old pathways were asphalt and were in poor shape with numerous cracks and deterioration around the edges. Decision was made to upgrade to pavers instead of replacing the asphalt.

New pathways.

Old and new stairs leading from walkway to parking lot.

Exterior Siding Painting
The exterior siding originally had a transparent stain applied which made for an inconsistent look as well as not covering the areas of woodpecker damage where metal plates were affixed to the siding.
- Committee met numerous times to discuss options, the decision was made to use a semi-transparent stain
- Decided that we would have 3 different colors instead of just one for all buildings
- Approach was discussed and a three year plan was decided to phase in the new product
- Mapped out a plan for each year spread throughout the Association instead of starting on one side and working in sequence
- Cinder blocks treatment was discussed, options to do a stucco like product that was applied to one of the tower builds as a test was used as the example.
- Decision was made to paint the blocks due to time and cost
